Violation of customer rights by Astrogen employees
Unfair trade, improper selection of partners, or leakage of affiliate information
Improper equity participation in partners or appropriation of opportunities
Misconduct such as embezzlement of public funds or receipt of monetary/other benefits
Fraudulent reporting, document manipulation, or leakage of company information
Sexual harassment, discrimination, or coercive behavior among employees
Other acts in violation of laws and regulations
Astrogen ensures strict confidentiality and protection of the personal information of whistleblowers, preventing any disadvantages resulting from reporting.

A designated manager will review the received content. To protect the identity of the whistleblower, only a very limited number of personnel will handle the case.
Investigations are conducted in order of receipt and priority. The duration may vary depending on the target and scope of the investigation.
After verifying the facts, the case will be handled as follows, and the results will be promptly notified.
- Suggestions & Requests: Results will be shared after consultation with relevant departments.
- Major Violations: Results will be shared after internal investigation. Follow-up actions such as special audits or reporting to law enforcement may be taken if necessary.
Terminology used in these terms are defined as follows.

Violations of this may be punishable under the 『Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection』.
