Recruitment timeframe

Daegu (Management Support, R&D) and Seoul (BD, Clinical) experienced employees are recruited according to the need. For new employees, we actively contribute to the Youth Employment Promotion Project in Daegu, contributing to job creation.

Application submission

Online applications are accepted through the website.

Document screening

Priority is given to applicants' majors, English proficiency, research and professional abilities, and career and job suitability. Other factors comprehensively considered during document screening to check the suitability of a candidate include qualities and outstanding abilities revealed through the self-introduction letter, and the candidate’s attitude toward recruitment. If a candidate writes something that does not pertain to truth in the self-introduction letter, his/her acceptance will be canceled. Candidates must fill in based on these facts.

1st interview

In order to comprehensively verify the applicant's personality, values, capacity, and passion, we evaluate them using an experience-based competency interview method. Evaluators include three people: a human resources executive, a department officer, and a department employee.

2nd presentation interview

In-depth verification of the applicant's career and competency and evaluation of possible values after recruitment is conducted. Evaluators include four people, the CEO, a human resources executive, a department officer, and a department employee.

Recruitment examination

We provide partial support for health checkup fees for only those candidates who have passed the interview screening process.

Final acceptance

After the final acceptance, a negotiation on specific employment conditions (annual salary, working hours, etc.) and preparation of a work contract (including a three-month probationary period) is created
